player/group/target/implied target request

I have been think of this idea for awhile and have waited on posting untill now.

Right now i am currently using the Arcane player and group window and love the look of them, but theres just a few things that i would like too see. I am going to try to "draw" a pic....

Ok just made a quick one in mspaint (see attached) I will try to describe this as best i can...
The very top large bar i would like to be an Implied Target (HP and PP shown with %)
The 5 bars on the left would be the players bars (HP, PP, Conc, EXP, Tradeskill %'s for all that can have them (including vitality % )
The 5 bars on the right would be the group bars (with HP and PP. shown with % if possible)
And for the bottom bar, Target HP and PP with %

I wish i had the ability to do this myself, but I dont
What i think would look cool is if the arcane player window was just reversed and layed ontop the arcane group window and have the circles line up.
Any hep is appreciated

EDIT: as for how big this thing is, basically the same size as the 2 arcane windows with more at top and bottom for the target bars.

Awsome idea but id like to add 2 things to that;

1.) Make it f1-f6 (f1=player)
2.) If possible make the Orb fill with color to function as the casting meter

anyone able to do this for me?

I have tried, but i cant seem to get anywhere in it, and the guides i have read just havnt seemed to help me at all

EDIT: There is a slight change, i would like both the implied target and target bars ontop with the implied target above the target.
