window wont stay put

Hi, my pop up window will not stay where i put it, i remember seing a reply to somthing similar to this but cant find where i seen it, somne said somthing about a down load you can get to re position window and lock them in place, think it willl re writ position values, any one know what this down load is called, or any advice on locking this particular window. thanks.
