Program Oppening Error

I started attempting to use Eq2Map at Noon, and now it is after 9:30. I finally got the Updator working, and it Updated, and When i hit Open EQ, it Said "There was an error trying to launch EverquestII, Please Open Everquest 2 Manually. Could anyone please help me?

I think it didn't found the eq2.exe file.
Open options and check that "Autolauch EQ2" is set right.
