Crafting Vitality Glitch

If this has been previously posted my appologies.

But twice now I hve noticed the following glitch.

I'll have a character close to lvl 70 crafting, and the displayed crafting vitality will be fairly high (enough to easily hit 70). I'll craft a few items and look up and suddenly it will say I have no vitality. I'll log off, come back a few hours later and suddenly It will say I'm almost at full vitality again, but as soon as I start crafting it will disappear.

Last night I logged onto my provisioner who was at lvl 69 with about 90% to lvl 70 and had high vitality (90+% I believe). I started crafting and by the time I hit 96% of lvl, it said I had no vitality left. I logged off, and came back 3 or 4 hours later and it said my vitality was 92.6%. I started crafting and after 1 combine, it said my Vitality was now 90.4%. one more combine I was at 88%. By the time I hit 99% of level, I had no vitality listed again.

I have the latest version of Profit Reborn. So is this a UI issue, or an issue with SOE reporting the correct vitality value to me?
