Default Unmodded UI transparency help

I was messing around, trying to change my chatbox so it wouldn't fade when I moved my mouse off of it, and I somehow moved the transparency slider bar in the options menu to totally transparent, and now I cannot see my options menu, or help menu fot that matter. Is there a way to fix this, such as reloading my ui or something similar to that?

If you hit F10 once, it should toggle all window backgrounds opaque...you should then be able to right-click on the black box that's where your chat window ought to be, then open up your Window Settings and fix the transparency.

You can cycle through UI visibility settings with F10. The three settings are a 'normal' view (where custom transparency/opacity settings are used for the windows), a 'full on' type of view (where no custom transparency/opacity settings are used, and all windows are completely visible), and a 'no UI' view (where the UI is disabled and you only will see the game/world graphics.

By switching through these, you should be able to reset the transparency/opacity on your window.
