Default Thin Group Bar UI With Only Numbers (Or Just Plain Thinner!)

Thanks to the guys over here at EQ2UI, I managed to get my UI almost exactly how I want it. However, there's one reason left as to why that's an almost.

I used to be an avid FPS gamer, and as such I preferred to have have everything at the bottom of my screen all compact and out of the way. This works pretty well as now my entire UI is under my character's feet... with the exception of the Group Bar.

I would like someone to please make a Group UI Bar with only names and Health/Power Min/Max Numbers, ....like somthing similar to this:

Fenix HP 350/589 PP 30/698 Bludbringer HP 1098/1579 PP 318/509

...and so on. This way it could be extremely thin, thin enough to be slid under the rest of my UI.

Thanks for all the help all you UI Developers have given me so far, now if you can do this last request for me I'll be completely satisfied! Thanks in advance!

I think I like this idea.. The only reason I added the 'think' is that I play a scout and am not paying constant attention to others' hp. However, when the going gets rough I have a number of things I can/need to do to try and correct the situation. Escape, for example, or intentionally aggroing the mob. I would love a thin group bar but I'd be a little nervous to use one that thin. I'm afraid that, without the color-changing bars, I'd miss some cues.

If someone does pick this up, would it be possible to make a 2nd version that has a thin color-changing HP bar below each character's stats? Their power is much less important to me, personally, but may be of importance to others.

I think I have an idea to solve both of our problems, Lange. Perhaps the HP numbers would change color depending on how high the Min/Max is. For example...

Fenix HP 589/589
Fenix HP 501/589
Fenix HP 387/589
Fenix HP 257/589
Fenix HP 63/589
Fenix HP 0/589

Basically, your HP's color changes depending on how low it is, the lower the closer to red from green it becomes, eventually becoming the unconsciou purple color once defeated.

Once again, if at all possible, it would be appreciated if a group bar as such would be created, although I fully understand that me saying it should be done means it will be done and also knowing that I do not know the limits of the UIBuilder's tools.

Yeah, that would work if it's possible but I suspect that the color-changing code is hardcoded and that anyone willing to pickup this UI probably can't do it.

Actually, I think it is possible...

I'll have a look in a few hours, see if I can crack it... if none of the talented people beat me to it

As of now the overall idea of a much thinner group bar seems relatively interesting to some of us. Although adding the color aspect of my concept might not be possible, if at all possible, maybe a release with everything but the colors or something along the lines of this. Then later on once the code is discovered, it can be added and updated.

Should be NP to make a horizontal or vertical group window without bars, the HP% will change color by default but I don't think any of the other elements are able to.

You want a horizontal or vertical group window?

I'd like the bar to go along the bottom of the screen, so It'd fit my HUD
