How To?

I've seen a few posts on the site that have HOW TO.... in the description. Could we possibly move all the HOW TO posts in one area or sticky them at the top of each forum? I was looking for some info on how to do something the other day, and couldn't remember where I saw the post I was looking for, but I do remember it had HOW TO in it. Problem is, when you search for "HOW TO" in the search, it ignores both words because they're common and you come up with nothing Can we fix this please?
