Looking for Mod that Makes Target in a grp of monster easier to see...

As Topic says, When u select a target in a grp of monsters it's hard to see which one is selected (the one that name blinks). One solution would be to enhance the textsize to doublesize when taget is selected. Is that possible to make such mod?

There's a few things in the game options that can help. I used target arrow only on target but circles under the entire encounter, for example.

Not sure whether the suggested mod is doable, but it's certainly a good idea.
