Knowledge book with 3x6 rows can someone help me?

Hi im a crafter and always use my knowledge book for sorting my tradeskills and using them while crafting. But my problem is that I only have a knowledge book with 3x5 rows but after DoF and T6 tradskills this is too less.
I would like something like this

for the knowledge book. The rest is not that importent, not so many waste of space would be nice too.
Can somebody help me with that or tell my if it is downloadable and I have overseen it.
