Default Bank to database

Hy all,

Someone of my friend who is managing his guild bank ask me something that maybe couldn't be possible.

He would like to have all his character bank into a text file or something else that can be after parsed to a database.

On eq1 it was possible by using the Merchant log file :

bzrlog_Server_vendor.txt

do you think it's possible to retrieve all the bank items by doing something like this ? i haven't found any text file when you fixe prize.

There's a sales log that keeps track of stuff you've actually sold, but I think prices are saved server-side (as are hotbuttons and various other weird things).

I doubt there's any way to dump a log file using tricky XML... without the ability to split or concatenate strings we're kinda hosed (oh, and we couldn't write the result to a file either).

Yes but that's mean you must sold you guild bank to someone to have acces to the file to purge it into the database. All i need is a log, after the purge is not my work, i let it to my friend to get out his hair of his head

I know, my point was there isn't a log like what your friend is looking for nor is there currently a way to make one.

The only way to do it currently is to access the memory addresses similar to the way that Magelo does in EQ1 with their magelo updater. Someone would have to write a nifty background program that would get this data, but then again I am not sure how keen SONY would be on this...
