I have a problem with my duel window. Anyone have any suggestions for fixing it?

Does it do that when you switch to the default interface?
How about when you delete or rename your charaters ui ini file?

If it doesnt do that when you use your default interface what interface mods are you using? If you dont remember list the file names in your custom UI folder excludeing any eq2map files.
