Default Quest helper window disappeared

My quest helper window has disappeared on one of my toons, and I can't seem to figure out how to get it back. I've tried checking and unchecking the box in the journal, disabling and enabling the journal mod, and alt-j, which I was told is the toggle for the window itself. Anyone else have an idea?

You do actualy have some quests, dont you?

If its missing from a custom UI it should just load up the default one insted... the default one has to be there as the patcher will make sure it is..

So only other thing is its off screen or hidden behind another window.

Ugh. If it's off screen, do I need to reset everything to get it back?
