Live Update 9 Fro-aaak...

Live update 9 has been pushed out to the live servers. This update brings the long awaited Frogloks with many fun quests and dynamic events. It looks like /duel did not make it from the test server as it needs a little more testing still. A few higher level instance zones have been added to the game as well.

I have posted a compare of the new interface files. Interface authors can check out the changes in this thread.
