Default No update message changes on UI on Oct 13, 2005
Anyone know which file has been changed?

I found some DDS file missing (or changed into something) on Oct 13, 2005 patch.

For example,

windowpieces01.dds

that I was using in some UI now gone.

me thinks they stopped using a few files which in turn fubard everything.

I started crashing on login today, no idea why. Updated my drivers, and messed with settings. Went back to default UI and stopped crashing. Now that I wasted all that time, lol... I'm trying to figure out what's up.

I had to go back to the default UI it's horrible. When I tried to start the game with my UI there were no fonts to be found anywhere and it was very very slow. It's still very slow loading up right now too.

Also crashing as well, using Profit's UI - Default UI fixed the problem, but I can't play with the default anymore...

well renaming or removing eq2ui_mainhud.xml file in custom UI folder helped.
i also copied default eq2ui_mainhud.xml file and added lines like :

**** this is only example of my file *******

<include>eq2ui_mainhud_clickyhelp.xml</include>
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_coinweight.xml</include>
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_emotelist.xml</include>
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_emote.xml</include>

to the bottom of the file above </Page>

then put newly modified eq2ui_mainhud.xml file to custom UI folder, worked.

only that Jaxel's Startbutton mod's custom setting buttons n other graphic setting buttons are blacked out.

I did a compare of my eq2ui_mainhud.xml and the default, and the only difference was my added .xml file. Can't figure out why it's crashing me. I've got a mix and match of my own, and most of what I've edited. All my borders are missing, and most things are black from what I can see before I crash. I was able to walk around for about 4 seconds earlier, but crashed anyway.
