Default Disallow/delete comments on own files

I'd like to be able to prevent people from posting comments on my files entirely, or at least delete them.

Reason: (Sorry if some ranting slips through.)

I'm really tired of people posting bug reports and alteration requests as comments on files. Not just mine either, it irks me when I see them elsewhere.

I want to see those bug reports and requests as soon as they are made, not when I'm already looking at the file because I'm updating it. And I don't want users thinking the mod has bugs in it after the bugs have been fixed. Especially when the bug gets posted weeks after it's been fixed, or never existed at all.

The big red text when you click Comment doesn't deter them. The link I post to my Released thread in the file description doesn't deter them. The comments put there by the author telling people not to post comments don't deter them.

Comments are supposed to be directed to users, not the author, so the way I see it, there's only three types of valid comments:

1- "This mod rocks!"
2- "This mod sucks!" (We don't even allow these here, do we?)
3- Info about the mod that the author didn't include. (How to work around common issues, features which weren't mentioned in the file description (like Just Press Enter on Insomniac's transparent market search window), etc.) And these should be deletable when the author adds the info to the description.

Anything else should be PMed to the author, posted in the author's Released thread, or dealt with with a moderator.
