Portal to the Past: Qeynos Hills
Zone map is based on Firemyst Gully.

Portal to the Past: Plains of Karana
* Zone map is based on Shattered Vale.

Portal to the Past: Qeynos Ruins
Zone map is based on The Forest Ruins.

Portal to the Past: Steamfont
Zone map is based on Mines of Meldrath.

Portal to the Past: Nagafen's Lair
Zone map is based on The Oratorium of Thyr.

Portal to the Past: Southern Desert of Ro
Zone map is based on Cazel's Mesa.

Portal to the Past: Ocean of Tears
Zone map is based on The Trembling Lagoon.

Portal to the Past: Guk

Most of those already have their maps "grandfathered" from the parent zone. To make specific ones of them just for those versions we'd need the map style name, though I'm not sure it'd be worth it given how small they are and the limited duration.
