Implied Target Arrow

I am having problems seeing the target that im suppose to hit when im targeting through a Tank im a scout btw, the arrow,glow isnt very bright or strong.What I am wondering is is there a way to change the colour of the implied target arrow or make it like the target arrow(tank) nice and big and Yellow in my case.
Or is there a add on that i can replace the one in profit but am worried that may make things not work right.
Hope someone can help

In game go to Options User Interface you'll see Target Ring Target Arrow etc there for adjustment.

I Have that on max still not visable enough if I can get a pointer like the one above the Targets head (Tank) that would be best.
