Default Guildhall Amenities

I hope this issue is related to the ProfitUI, because I have not had any luck on the official forums.

I use ProfitUI along with my friend. We are both 'trustees' in our guild. He can access the Amenities tab where I cannot. We tried removing/reseting my status as trustee. Oh, I am the guildleader, so I have full access.

Has anyone ever encountered a similar situation? Any suggestions?

I appreciate the input.

Here is an easy way to find out:

Go to your eq2 folder (Typically it is C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\) and rename the eq2.ini file to something like eq2.ini.old

Then log into the game. All of the windows will be out of place, so will your hotbars, don't bother moving anything.

If you see the tab now it means there is something screwy with Profit, if not then you have a bigger problem.

To get back to how things were, log out of the game, delete the eq2.ini file that the game made when you logged in, then rename the eq2.ini.old file back to eq2.ini

Profit UI doesn't modify the guild windows or amenieties popup. When posting something to do with profit I always look to see if theres such a window in the directory and if not its usally related to default ui or a bugged char settings file.

Entirely correct in this case but there are actually a couple of windows which are modified without there being a file, there's a startup script in the control center which handles that. One example would be the loot window. This dynamic modding during runtime usually saves you updating the respective file when SOE changes it.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
