Guild Teleportation Window - Can't See All Options

Which UI file controls this? I can't see all the options when stepping on the guild hall teleporter. I can't scroll or resize the window either.

This window is defined in eq2ui_popup_select.xml

Are you using the default UI? If not, try deleting this file so that the default version is used. It should be showing all options and scrolling if there are too many options to fit in the window.
