Missing new character quest (level 20 in 14 days for title) window? Fixed.

It was suggested that I post a fix that I have found to the uncommon issue that a lot of people seem to be having.

A new quest was created and introduced for new characters awhile back. This quest was supposed to give a title if you reached level 20 in 14 days. Unfortunately, some of us weren't seeing the new quest when we created our characters.

Problem: The game was auto-selecting the UI that it was going to use. This was hiding the quest window and not allowing it to be shown. This prevented people from getting new quests, it would error and say that a quest is already being offered. The only known workaround was to log out and log back in, however doing this would not bring back the quest window. At this point you would not be able to get the quest since you did not accept it when you initially logged in, because the quest window wasn't viewable.

Fix: Open eq2_recent.ini

Find this setting: cl_picked_configuration true

Change the setting to read: cl_picked_configuration false

Create a new character and voila. The quest appears as does the UI selection window.

Hopefully this helps some people out there.
