Bags Keep Changing Location

Seems like everytime I move my inventory bags around the locations never stick. The next time I open my inventory the bags are jumbled around again. Anyway to fix this?

are you switching from full screen mode to windowed mode? I am not sure why, but that is the only time my bags move... and they dont really move their side to side location, they just all seem to move upwards and over lap a bit.

That might be it... and I am switching between the two modes. Thats probably what is causing it. Know of anyway to prevent this?

I think the game saves the window layout separately in each mode.
Best bet would be to goto the mode that the windows are not in the right location, move them to where they should be, and then zone or log out/in, keeping the mode the same. At least that's my best guess
