Help - Windowelements/FloaterFrame

Hey guys. I'm editing the basic windows for the entire game atm. ive hit a snag though. in the floater frame i get a black background. though i only have two elements there. BKG and FRAME which are correctly referenced to my .dds file. each part checked.

just it gets all black in the background.
whats this window actually used for? does anyone know?

It's easiest if you attach your xml file. Otherwise we can only guess at what you're talking about.

Ahh well here it is.

. as far as i can see it should be ok. (still very much an XML newb though and basically doing it all from UI builder

SOLVED!..

Ummm background Opacity was set to 1. i didnt see this while in UI builder. didnt pick it up till i compared the other windowframes options with this one in notepad.

:/ feel stupid now.
