Lost my Tracking Filter Buttons

I figure here is my best bet for fixing my problem.

I am not able to see the tracking filter buttons at the top of the Tracking window. I can click on the area and know that they are there, but they simply do NOT show up. Honestly, I can't remember when they disappeared, or if they were ever there at all.
I have tried using a few different UI Tracking mods....no difference.
I deleted EQ2 and reloaded (with the exception of my character configuration file) and that didn't help either.

Anyone have any clues to what I am messing up here?
