Transparent Raid Quick keys?

Problem with the new raid quick keys is you cant see the health bar at all when you mouse over them. Since the main users of these keys would be healers (what other class uses so many spells for single friendly raid targets?) seeing the health bar at all times is needed.

Would it be possible to make the buttons partially transparent when you mouse over?
