Default Forcing target info.

Just a quick question as I run off to class. Is it possible to force the target level for v0 to show its con color? or is that embedded in the con name only?

Also, can you pull the Dynamic Data from one page into another? Kinda curious. Thanks.

1- I don't believe so, that would require the level tag to have two dynamic datas.

2- Yes, (almost) anything with DynamicData can be moved about freely.

I was pretty sure you coudln't, if you look at the level description under target in gamedata, it says "Level of the current target: Text, Color, Visible" *i believe* that identifies which DynamicDataFilter fields apply. That being said. If it gives you an option to filter out color, them why doesn't it have any?

Bleh. I miss the EQ1 days where you could press "C" and you would get a difficulty rating folowed by whether or not you were KoS to that mob (ie A goblin agressor is ready to attack!)
I guess they feel they don't need the text anymore now that they have visuals for everything. Meh.

Actually I think it is possible to apply con color to v0 lvl, just not directly. Since lvl is dynamic data, it doesn't mater if you nest it.

Insert a page object where level is now with a dynamicdata="/GameData.Target.Name" and filter for color only, then paste level into the new page.

The new parent page should apply the con color from Target.Name to anything inside it

Thought about doing this for my target windows, but decided to leave v0 with the default behavior. The target name does color, so con is there.

BTW /con still gives a text description of mob difficulty.

Yes 0400 is color. Could be Name passes TextColor and not color.
