Default EQ2 Cursors for the visually challenged

I was wondering if anyone has come up with a way to change the cursors in eq2. My wife has an astigmatism and cannot stand playing for 10+ hours with her glasses on since she only needs them when reading for the most part which includes gaming. She sometimes looses the cursor and hates to have to take the time to hit ctr to have the sonic like waves to emulate from it so she can find it, in harsh battles it can make things tough as she is usually our healer in most situations. In eq I was able to give her a big radiation green swrod that was easy for her to keep track of, I wish I knew how to work this craft like all of you do, but I do not. Any genius mod designers willing to help her/me out with this. I need something about 3-4 times the volume of the normal cursor and a color that will stand out in any situation in the game, it can be bizzare as long as it will keep her eye trained on it.
Thanks so much,

As of yet, no. The cursors are in the EXE file, which we can't alter. There's some data tags dealing with cursors in the default UI, but no one has of yet been able to figure out how they work, if they do at all.

Alternate solution is to use the keyboard shortcuts instead of the mouse

F2-F6 target various group members, and then the 1-=, alt+1-= and ctrl+1-= for all your spells

I'm in the same boat visually. I'm a tank, and in the midst of a million spell effects (yes, they're turned to minimum) and mobs on top of mobs (not to mention pets on top of mobs) it's impossible to target accurately sometimes. And I don't know who wrote the logic to select targets with Tab, but they were a masochist to be sure. :P Here's praying someone is still working on this one.

Set F8 to target nearest NPC
Shift+F8 to cycle forward through NPCs
Alt+F8 to cycle backward through NPCs
Tab to select last target

That's how I go about it. Almost never use my mouse. Only to use 3rd person camera controls (I play in 3rd person a lot).
