Small test server patch

A small update to LU15 patch currently on the test server has changed more default interface files. Authors can view a compare of the changes in the EQII Interface Changes forum. Remember this is a compare with the LU15 patch on 10.13.05 and the small update on 10.18.05. You'll still want to check the 10.13.05 patch thread for other changed files.

Authors please log on to the test server and test your interface. Every one that has an active Everquest II account has access to the test server. You can find out how to login to the test server here.
