Combat Stats is this possible?

Has a program to calculate combat stats I just downloaded this a couple days ago so I don't know much about it. right now though in order to use this tool you have to be playing in Windowed mode and continually leaving the game to reset the monitor or get numbers or what have you. On this sites home page they have a link where they are currently trying to design a UI window to where you could use this monitor from full screen mode.... I would love to see some sort of simple UI window that let you view group dps info and reset it for the next round maybe print it to group chat...

People really obsess over their DPS don't they? What is it about this magical number....

It is quite helpful if you want to know how you are doing - where you are weak, where you are stong - etc.

It's also helpful to see how much dmg you do with which weapon - guilds might find it useful for inner stat competitions, etc.

There may be a way to get Combatstats to workin in full screen mode, ala TeamSpeak Overlay, but it requires DX9 calls - there is a brief discussion about this on Combatstat's website...

But you don't have to be in windowed mode to see how you are doing - it copies your info (which you can set) to your clipboard - use ctrl+v in your chat box to display the info. While not the same as the mini monitor, it does work.

I use this tool all the time, and i don't care about DPS.

It tracks harvest, treasure and average hitpoints of mobs you've killed. All very usefull. If you think it is only a DPS generator, download it and take a look.

But mostly I am main tank, and use this to know how much damage I am reciveing in a fight and it also calculates Mob miss percents due to my sheild, parry and other skills.
