Ton of questions

Well .. 3 really ..

1. Doesn't the information on the player frame (In the red circle) represent the information in your "Maintained spells" list in the upper left corner?

2. Is there anyway to have the "Effects" box Horazontal and fill Right to left? .. Buffs on top, Debuffs on the bottom?

3. Is there a target frame that will show "Target Buffs/Debuffs" on the right side of the frame, rather than right underneath it?

Hit F10 and drag them to where you want them. To move the Group Window
hit the little gears in the start bar and use the Group Window Backdrop Opacity to make it so you can see it. Right click and unlock. Then move it.

For #2: Buffs and Detrimentals are separate window already in default. There's no way to have the be combined even if you wanted.

#1: Yes

#3: With a custom UI, yes.

Thanx guys. Though I think that you missunderstood my question about the effects window.

I like where I have the Detrimental window. I just would like to have the "Effects window" Horazontal rather than vertical, and fill from Right to Left.

I found an addon that does it.. but they fill Left - Right.

Even in the default UI you can simply resize the effects window to be horizontal. You will need to copy it to your customUI folder and add VolumeFill="right2left_up" to its VolumePage element to make it fill from right to left.
