New to the website

I'm new to the website and i was wondering if there's any specific UI's i should get being a wizard.

Also, whats the best healing addon to use? (templar)

All of them are useful to any class and all are pretty much equally useful for a healer as well. With click to cure being added to the default I think it is no longer that big an issue to have a custom ui as a healer. I maintain Profit so of course I recommend it. I've used and liked fetish, drums, and extreme as well.
