[Suggestion] Interface Comments

I'm not sure who does the coding for the site, or what the capabilities are (I'm not much familiar with vBulletin), but my suggestion/request pertains to Interface Comments.

It is fairly simple to view your own interface page, scroll down, and check if there are any new comments, but it would be nifty if there was some kind of notification somewhere to display that there are new comments since your last visit. Kind of like the favorites system works, but for comments on interface download pages that belong to you (the author).
