Default I have a small problem, any ideas

Im createing my own exp bar and had a few problems (duff typeing etc) so i decied to start afresh

I created a blank skin directory and placed in it my own eq2ui_skininfo.xml,
and copied the current XML file that i was about to change.

This should be the same as the default skin, the skin loads fine but when I zone my client crashes.

any Ideas why this happens? (ive even copied the whole default skin directory and this still happens)

Jules

There is a client bug with the /loadui command in game that causes the client to crash. This has been brought up many times here, and a search of the forum under Help would bring up this stickied entry.

Not trying to sound harsh, just explaining sometimes everything you need is already here if you search. Might get you a faster answer.

hmm that makes it a bit more difficult because it must be something in one of your files causing the crash. try checking the UIlogs.txt and see if it has an error message that might shed some light on it.
