hi i am kinda new to the game and i was just wondering if there is anyway to get a bigger house without being in a guild and if there is how or where do i need to go to do it.

Houses up to 3-rooms are available in both qeynos and freeport -- look for ones that don't have a status cost.

I think there are kelethin and neriak "5-room" equivalents that may not require you to be in a guild, but I'm not 100% sure on that, not having lived in either city recently.
