Friend window mod

I was wondering if anyone had, or could make, a friends window mod that was scaled down and fully resizable vertically. I use ProfitUI but the friends window isn't messed with.

I'd love to have it with no titlebar, the close box button just inside the top edge, and no other dead space around the friend list itself. I can do without the find players tab, haven't used that in forever. If it's possible, I'd like to see the name/location/notes headers get individual sizing capabilities. As it is currently you have to expand the whole window out to the side to see long zone names and cross server friends' names, which is sort of annoying. The vertical resizability of the window is also restricted at a point, and the window can't be made as short as I'd like.

Is there anything like this kicking around already that I might have missed? Or would someone be willing to throw something together for me? Muchos appreciated .
