Error running EQ2MAPS

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate. When I try to start EQ2MAPS I receive the following error screens.

Please help.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the .NET Framework? You may also want to uninstall/reinstall EQ2Map along with it, too.

Definately looks like you need to reinstall .NET

And once you do, make sure you're running it as an administrator.
