Quick-fix note for quickraidbuttons

For the Swashbuckler class, you need to add "useabilityonplayer Parent.Target" in front of "Swarthy Disorder" in this file for it to work. Drove me crazy for a bit until I opened up the file and fixed it. Just FYI so you can push it out.

Other than that 4.0 is better than ever.
