Manual update error: CRC failed

When I tried to use the manual update zip I get the following error listed in winrar:diagnostic messages....

CRC failed in 'dir' the file is corrupted
*mainly those dds file*

Kindly advice

Try re-downloading? Just downloaded and decompressed with winrar with out error.
