Target Name and Window

I have messed around with the Target and Implied Target UI windows to try and accomplish what I need but it wont work properly. In the games options to change the detail of the Name tooltips, I want the tooltips above the mobs names and etc to NOT have the level included in there. But I want the Target and Implied UI windows to have the frames included.

I changed the v0 and v1 around on the UI windows, however, it only shows the epic con on the UI window reguardless of what con the mob is (how it shows different frames for heroic, epic).

Is there anyway to get this to work? I am not very knowledgeable making custom interfaces and I hope this makes sense to someone.
