Hotbar Interface Request

There are some wonderful UI changes available here that I've been using and enjoying. However I don't have any idea how to modify the different pieces myself and therefore I would like to make a request. Would it be possible to get a normal sized hotbar with labels but without the bank selectors?

I use 3 spell hotbars and I have each setup as 3 icons wide and 4 icons tall. I place the 3 sets next to each other on the bottom and center of the screen with a chat box to the left and right filling the remaining space. However as it is now I either have to space the hotbars apart slightly or else the bank selector sits on top of the buttons in the adjacent hotbar. I prefer the full sized hotkeys over the 3/4 sized because it allows me to have taller chat boxes while maintaining a clean look.

This is my first post here and I apologize if it is out of line for me to make a request like this. I do think this would round out this nicely modified UI I have and I'm sure others would fine this style of hotbar useful as well.
