Default Having a problem switching back to Default UI

Hi everyone. I did some searching on the forum to figure out how to switch back to the default UI and found that I should delete my eq2.ini file. I shut down my EQ2, found the file, and deleted it. I still have some of the windows from the UI I was using (Thor UI if that helps at all). Is deleting the eq2.ini file the ONLY thing I have to do?

And just a little more information - after deleting it the only thing from Thor that remains is the small version of the exp bar and each time I log in I have extra hotbars at the top of my screen which I have to delete.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

9 times out of 10, deleting the eq2.ini file will revert back to the default UI. The other 1 out of 10 (in cases such as yours where you have multiple hotbars or chat windows open that you don't want anymore) requires you to delete your window placement file (<server>_<character>_eq2_uisettings.ini).

Not quite sure, though, as to why you're still getting the exp bar mod (deleting the eq2.ini file should have made that impossible to happen). The only reason I can think of is that the file(s) for that window have been moved/added to the default ui directory.
