can't turn spinners off

Hi all,
I have the latest download of profit UI which is magic but for the last couple of downloads I haven't been able to turn the spinners off from the setting on the hotbar anyone that can help me it would be much appreciated

try turning the frames off in window settings, i think thats how i got rid of mine

Yes, thats what it is, Window Settings and select Frame and Titlebar to None.
