He has Skillz... or does he?

What I would like to see is a modification to the skills window you activate by hitting the ' L ' key.
I find it difficult to sort through the list to find what skills are not maxed out. All the number seem to blur together,

32/50
etc.....
What I would like to see is this list with a 'meter' such as exp level meter. A graphical representation of the data, rather then just the numbers.
Also make the window as small as possible, with no extra frilly stuff.
