Missing ui info toggles

After the latest update and total meltdown,I have most of my thor ui back. however I am missing the info toggles next to the EQ2 button. I have checked my ui files and the file is in there so its not missing, I just cant seem to get it to load back when I update, is there something I need to move around. I have tried the delete and reload option and it didn't work, anyone have any idea?

Do you have either of the Start Button mods selected within the auto updater?

By the way, you may want to post these kinds of issues in the dedicated ThorUI forum section in the future (just to make sure it is caught by Faetyl in a timely manner)
