Default Hotbar Icon Dragging

Okay, I'll start off with a confesssion. I am a total UI modification newbie. But thought its time for me to get my feet wet and no better place than on what I hope is a simple mod rather than being overly ambitious and doing a full UI.

Since LU 19 the hotkey bars have the ability to drag hotkeys even on locked bars.

Except on the mod I use, which gives the error of needing a newer version and has the option to move icons greyed out. I have searched and searched and not been able to find a reference to which file was touched (search takes me 1/2 a dozen threads but not to the actual reference). I don't really want a guide on how to fix it (yet) but would rather compare the default and my modded file and make the changes myself.

Any help on pointing me in the right direction appreciated.

2nd post - Coastal Crab here I come.

I suggest you just take teh default post lu19 hotkey window, and mod that from scratch to match what you want. May I ask what that is?

Thanks - I did exactly that - as first I thought it might be a change needed to the file - hence I thought it was a good place to start. Instead it was just a straight copy - Ill think of something else to start on now.

You can always try simply editing the version in the file and see if it still works fine.
