Default Not able to add POIs for Silent City

Trying to update POIs for Silent City but everytime I input the waypoint says the waypoint is out of zone. Thought I would bring this to your attention.

LOL unless I missed something?

Are you sure your on the correct map? there is a center and east map for that zone.

Test the loc you have by going to the map you think it fits and enter it into the custom /loc box below the map and see if it shows in the correct location.

Yeah.. I tried both maps (in an attempt to see if it would work on both since it did not work on one of them) and still no luck.

Also did what you said. Used the waypoint from /loc to the bottom section of map, hit create path.. and bam.. lead me to the point. Tried adding the point to POI on the site and no luck

I had quite a few locs marked from doing Peacock quests in East Silent City so added POI's for them. Unfortunately I selected Quest icon type for most of them, not reading until near the end that was only supposed to be for quest starters, not location updates. Not sure how to edit them myself once submitted, so... sorry (was my first time adding POI's)!

If you find that you made a mistake even after reviewing your point of interest you can edit it. Find the point of interest you submitted by going to the map it was submitted to and selecting it from the POI list below the map. You should be brought to the POI view screen and in that table you should find an edit link that will allow you to change your point of interest. This only works if you are the person that originally submitted the point of interest.

Followed this instruction but not seeing an edit link like it mentioned.

editing has been disabled at the moment (security reasons) thats why I suggested following the report bad faq. The link I provided should make the report bad FAQ the top most.

When you’re in game and you find a point of interest that is wrong or has wrong information write down the UID number. Login to our website using your eq2interface.com account then click the search link in the above menu and enter the number into the Jump to POI field and click go. Or you can click on the POI when viewing the map on the webpage.

You should be brought to the POI view screen showing the details of the point of interest. If you are truly logged into the site you should see a comment box below the POI view table. Enter a description of what is wrong with the point of interest and select an option that fits the problem from the dropdown.

Once you hit submit you will be prompted to enter the correct information. Once you submit the correct information you'll be asked for review it to make sure the info is correct, then save. The POI will be flagged to be reviewed by a moderator and approved if everything is correct.
