Map Fog reset

Why have my maps reset with the fog. I had the entire zone of PoF uncovered and now it's all black again after I updated EQ2 Map today. Please look into this and see if it can be fixed.

It's an everquest bug and it can't be undone. When they rolled out LU16 it wiped some of my maps as well.

It often happen when you log out or go LD into a zone, so you can try to log in place with no map fog (like appartment / ts instance / unmapped zone)

Like the other posters stated its a SOE bug. The fog is hardcoded ( the game controles it not the UI script ) and the game gets its data( where u've been) from a file stored on the servers.
