How can I change color of /GameData.Stats.PowerRange ?

I have added the line below but it will be still shown as green color ?
Is it possible to change it ? Thank you

Add the property

DynamicDataFilter="FBFF"

This will cause it to (usually) ignore the color associated with the data.
