UI Mouseover / Background problems

I apologize in advance if someone has already asked for help on this matter but I couldn't find anything searching the threads.

Basically this problem started when I started using Laffs version of TyeJae Steel and it hasn't let up since. I've since tried Perditions new version, Aeeolags new version, and the new eXtremeUI by Landiin. Having the same problem with each (+ a ton of others with eXtreme I hope aren't my computers problem and get magically repaired with updates)

Anyways the problem is this: a few windows in the game, most commonly hotkey windows, will have a blank background. While everything else has a blackground 3 of my 4 hotkey bars will not... Until I move my mouse over them, at which time the background reappears... then fades again as I remove the mouse. Adjusting the mouseover, background, frames/titles, etc does not work. I have tried everything my very novice UI brain can muster and have finally reached the level of frusteration that I felt I should either 1) shoot myself in the face repeatedly or 2) ask the pros. I went with option 2... thanks in advance!

You trouble is in your main settings. In game go to options->interfaceoptions then look for an option that says somthing like, hide frames in letter box area. Uncheck that and poof all your windows will show in the letter box area.

This should be fixed in eXtremeUI v 1.11.3+ becaue the only windows that have wc_backdrop and wc_frame is the hotkey and mainchat, well the main ui display any ways. Them two have to have wc_frame in order to match the border.
