Power bar in target window

Hi all,
I tried to make it by myself but screw it up....

Was wondering if someone could make this. Just add a power bar (same color as the original in Player windows) under the healthbar in target window. No % nothing add except the power bar. Also add a power bar in the implied target.

It's simple but was unable to make this...

Ok I'm done, finally made some mods and build it...
