Dynamic Data Question

Anyone know if there is a dynamic data refrence that returns what city the character is alligned with?

And while i'm on the ol dynamic data subject, is there a place to get a complete listing of all available references or is the information in "eq2ui_gamedata.xml" all there is?

in eq2ui_gamedata.xml is all there is, and even some of the stuff in there doesnt even work.
